I’m so grateful to say that I was one of the few people who finished all 200+ homework problems for math. One week ago, I had zero work done since I was the only person in the class without a textbook (It actually only arrived yesterday. Long story.). That said, it felt sooo good seeing that I got an ‘A’ on that baby. HELL YEAH, way to start off my weekend. Being resourceful and consistent throughout the past week definitely rewarded me with something to be smile about. Let’s keep this up.
Reading Someone Like You by Roald Dahl. He was my favorite author as a child, so this adult read will be a refreshing twist. I’m excited, but I really ought to finish Back to the Future first..
Momma got a phone call today from Abby’s teacher. I assume the competition went very well because apparently Abby wowed the crowd with her piano piece Tarentella! “You’re so great, can I hug you?!” one of the women said (Hahaha, I can only imagine Abby’s reaction to that.). They even asked her to play that as well as her violin piece Amazing Grace for chapel tonight! Wow, I’m just so proud of my little Booger. I do miss her tons though; this house is so quiet without her. Ah, I can’t wait for her to come back tomorrow night so that she can tell me everything over her favorite food haha. Ah, a very, very proud big sister I am indeed. ♥
